KEITH M. KING

Author: Keith M. King started writing books mid-July of 2014, he has since then self-published four books. (1) Crying, Through GOD’S Eyes (2) The Power of my Words! (3) The Open Doors of Success and (4) The Open Doors of Success volume II. Mr. King has also expanded his love for writing and has become a columnist for two local newspapers and a local magazine publicist. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Alcorn State University and he also graduated with a GPA of 3.50.  Mr. King is a retired veteran with over twenty-five years of military service from the armed forces; he is also a veteran police officer, with over twenty-five years of continued service with the Alcorn State University Police Department.

 

Within the two years of Mr. King’s authorship, he has achieved several accomplishments that he is very pleased about. Mr. King has received recognition and a certificate of achievement for the service that he has provided for his country and for his great work ethics within his community as being a well-respected police officer and as a well renowned inspiring author as well. This recognition comes from the United States Congressman; Honorable Bennie G. Thompson and the House of Representatives in Washington D.C. Mr. King have been featured in the November edition of the Epitome Magazine out of Dallas, Texas. He also has an up-coming article that will be posted in the January 2017 edition of the Southern Writers Magazine that is circulated throughout all of the southern states, and he is a member of the Gallery of Stars in that magazine as well. He is also featured in an article in the Alcorn State University Alumni newspaper; that goes out electronically, worldwide.

 

Mr. King has been married to his lovely wife Sandra for thirty- two years; they have three beautiful children Veronica, Dramon, and Jemyrus. They also have three grandchildren and two godchildren; each of them holds a dear spot in Mr. King’s heart. He is on the board of deacons at his church and he also sings in the male and the combined choir. Mr. King is compassionate about his work for the Kingdom of God, and he has a strong conviction to teach the love of God throughout each of his books.
